What is this store's return/refund policy?

   • Returns are only accepted on case by case basis. If the product arrives damaged (proof required) please reach out to me.

   • If a return is accepted it must be shipped out within 3 days of confirmation. Costs for shipping a return are not covered.

   • Refunds are only given to orders that are returned 

What if something is wrong with my order?

   • If there is an issue with an order please feel free to reach out, either through the "Contact" page or through a direct message on Instagram (@_.thalamus._). I will try to aide you to the best of my abilliy.

How long will it take to receive my order?

   • Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from *2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 8 weeks.

   • In addition, please keep in mind that if you purchase an in-hand item along with a pre-order item, your order will not be shipped until the pre-order item is in-hand

Do you combine shipping if I make multiple orders?

   • Unfortunately I do not. As much as I’d like to, it would create a ton of backtracking and stress for me. I work full time as well as help a fellow pinmaker friend run their shop so I would prefer to not add more to my plate (  "^_^)

Do you have any trading/reselling rules?

   • I do not. Feel free to do whatever you like with the pins once you receive them

Grading Policy:

   • Those who purchase pre-orders will get the best quality pins available from the batch! However please note that a big portion of enamel pin production is done by hand, so no pin is completely without flaw.

   • If the pin has a few light scratches, small screen print error and/or some kind of flaw that can only be seen at certain angles, it is considered an A grade

   • In the event that I receive a batch of pins with a high flaw rate, than I will reach out to my manu to see about remaking the pins and what can be done to accommodate.

* Please note: USPS from time to time processes packages slowly and may delay when you receive your order. In addition once an order has been shipped it is out of my control and I am not responsible for any lost/damaged packages. I mostly sell limited products therefore I will not be able to replace items.
